Florida Smash: August 25-27, 2023 Vendor Application

My Hero Convention: Florida Smash is a three-day event being held to celebrate anime and manga, as well as general pop culture and animation, while bringing together a diverse list of guests, vendors, artists, and fan groups, in an affordable, family-friendly environment.

BOOTH PRICING
Vendor/artist booths will be located in the main building (unless otherwise notified). Dealer space is 10′ x 10′ and artist space is 5′ x 10′. Each space comes with one table, two chairs, and two passes. Additional passes, tables, electricity, etc. will be available for purchase at setup. You may also use your own tables, chairs, grid wall, or unique setup, so long as it remains within the boundaries of your allotted space.

Vendor Booth Pricing – 10’ x 10’ space
Per space – $600
Each space comes with one table, two chairs, and two passes.

Artist Booth Pricing – 5’ x 10’ space
One artist space – $300
Each space comes with one table, two chairs, and two passes.

Vendor Room Hours:
Friday, August 25, 2023, 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.
Saturday, August 26, 2023, 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Break-Down:
Sunday, August 27, 2023, 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.

PAYMENT METHODS
You will only be able to purchase a booth once receiving an invoice from us, after approval.
